If you’re looking to address a very specific and time-sensitive concern, you may benefit from a written session. These sessions are held via text, email or chat (your choice). This is a one-off session, so it’s best to tackle issues that you think may see quick resolution.

Examples: Procrastination or rumination in the moment, deciding whether to respond to a toxic person, or dealing with a hoover.


Book your session at a set a time for the duration of one hour that begins at your designated start time. During that time, we will message back and forth on the issue you’d like to discuss.
