Every day, you’ll receive a motivational video with some insight on how to shift your focus to self-love. We’ll cover things like, why gratitude? How do affirmations really work? And how can we stop those negative thoughts from running amok in our heads?
And you’ll also receive a unique gratitude prompt (for journaling) and affirmation (for speaking loud and proud!).
