I’m guessing you’re here for one of the following reasons:
- You’re realizing you’ve been affected by a narcissist or another emotionally abusive person
- You've identified and are ready to blast through old co-dependent patterns
- You’re currently going through or are on the verge of a spiritual awakening
I’ve recently gone through all of the above, and I’ve learned that I’m far from the only one.
Are you ready to live your truth?
What I’ve learned (and am sharing here) combines some research with commonly accepted theories and intuition.
Throughout my journey, I’ve become fascinated with the parallels between Narcissists and Empaths (or Highly Sensitive People (HSP).
We live in a world that thrives on duality, and in this world, Narcissists and Empaths play a vital role.
Up until now, your path may have seemed unfair. It was a series of emotional highs and lows… and then lows and lows. But here’s the good news: If you’ve taken that first step to break free from emotional abuse, you are one step closer to living your purpose.
I can’t help you discover or live your purpose (only you can do that), but I can help you recognize the lessons from your experience, and this will bring you one step closer to your truth.
I have so much to learn and share, and I’m excited to be on this journey with you.
Awakening from emotional abuse
There’s a transition that happens when you realize that the life you thought you had was largely a lie. Interestingly, at this point, many people also start “waking up” to the fact life in general isn’t exactly what it seems.
My wakeup call came in the form of a glaring neon sign (figuratively).
It was simultaneously a call that was meant to clue me into the fact that I was being lied to and the fact that my world view wasn’t exactly on point.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t ready for it at the time. It took another year in that toxic relationship before I started waking up to the idea that all the drama was intentional (trauma bonds are no joke).
And then came another sign.
At this point, I couldn’t ignore it. And thinking back to the first sign, I finally understood the message. But I still had so many questions. So I did what I always do in that case, I began to research.
When it comes to spirituality, there’s only so much you can prove. But if you’re on this journey, you’ll get to a point where you learn to trust your intuition.
